Divas Championship Match:
Layla or Michelle McCool (c) vs. Natalya

Non-Title Match:
Dolph Ziggler vs. Daniel Bryan


Here are my thoughts on WWE's Bragging Rights PPV which will take place on Sunday.

I'm looking forward to Dolph Ziggler Vs Daniel Bryan. I'm a fan of both guys and I think they could have a great match if the WWE booking team leave them alone and give them enough time.

I hope Natalya wins the Womens (I hate the word Diva) Title from Undertaker's ring rat and the match is kept short. I'd love to see a Natalya / Beth Phoenix feud because they are two women who can really work.

Buried Alive match: Undertaker Vs Kane.... Haven't I already seen these guys in every kind of match already, including a Buried Alive match? Or was that Vince Vs Taker with Kane interference? In previous matches they were younger, faster, stronger etc... but I still like and respect these legends and I'm sure it will be a good gimmick match, even if a few paces behind their battles in the past....

Randy Orton Vs Wade Barrett... kick, punch, headlock - I'm sure they will pull out all the stops in this one! Maybe it's just me, but this seems like a standard Raw match, not a PPV main event. Will Cena cost Orton the Title? I don't really care about this and I'll probably make sure I have a good book while it's on
(I've almost finished Vince Russo's 2nd book "How WCW Killed Vince Russo" so I should have started Mick Foley's "Countdown to Lockdown" by the weekend and I'm sure that's a lot more interesting than watching Orton and Wade Barrett punching and resting in side headlocks while Cena paces around the ring, "Unsure what to do" lol)

Hopefully the Bragging Rights match will be good, as there is a ton of great talent in the match including CM Punk, John Morrison, R-Truth, Kofi Kingston, Edge, Swagger & Mysterio. I'm pretty confident in all these guys to deliver, but my main concern is with the booking team as they have a tendancy with these elimination matches to have very quick pinfalls to eliminate people quickly and save time, so I expect to see a few guys clotheslined and pinned or the occasional "School boy" pinfall (what ever happened to "Small Packages"?) but I trust these guys I mentioned to deliver a PPV quality match if the booking team doesn't ruin it.

One thing I am very grateful for is that Cena isn't booked in a wrestling match, thanks WWE! :)

Overall, I'm pretty underwhelmed by the card, but I'll be watching live as always and I hope it's a solid show that people enjoy.

Good little match.


Layla pinned Natalya after outside interference from Michelle...
Average Smack Down type diva match. Shame Natalya didn't win the Title.


Undertaker & Kane had a brawl up to the Buried Alive stage area where Nexus came down to help Kane... Nexus & Kane beat Taker down and Kane won the match.

Why did Nexus help Kane? Horrible finish.

I missed Santino being eliminated, but Kofi was eliminated next, by Sheamus...
Rey Mysterio is going back to the locker room with a worked shoulder injury...
John Morrison Pins Jack Swagger....


Big Show & Sheamus Counted out....
Edge Pins R-Truth after the spear...
Edge pins Morrison after the spear....


.... I think I just blinked and missed Tyler Reks being eliminated....

CM Punk pins Del Rio...

Rey Mysterio returns from backstage to join Edge (Team SD!) Vs Miz, Punk & Jackson (Team Raw)...


Rey Mysterio pins CM Punk after a springboard splash from the outside....

Mysterio slightly messed up a springboard splash to Jackson before going for the pin... then Jackson didn't have his shoulders down for the 3 count, but it was counted anyway...

Edge pins The Miz after a spear...

Edge & Rey Mysterio win the trophy for Smack Down and Matt Striker is having some kind of torrettes syndrome attack outside the ring.....


I am going to watch Wade Barrett Vs Randy Orton on fast forward tomorrow lol
I don't really care much about this match.

It's 3:20am here in the UK and I have to be in the Office at 9:00am, so I'm heading to bed because this isn't worth staying up for...

I came into the living room just in time to see Orton still the champion and hitting an RKO on Barrett after he had lost the match and not the title.
I'm about to watch the match now, fast forwarding through all the slow parts...

I thought that it was pretty much a 1 match show.
The first 30 minutes of Bragging Rights was awesome but the rest of the show was worth missing. Just trash.

Cena & Otunga - the worst wrestlers on the WWE roster are the Tag Champs.
And they had another bad match.

Kane / Taker had a slow brawl before interference from Nexus, which didn't make any sense. Screwy finish.

Orton / Wade had a screwy finish with Cena causing Wade to get DQ'd
Average Raw match, no way PPV quality in my opinion.

Natalya / Layla had a screwy finish. Nattie is great, but how can she drag dead weight around enough to have a good match with layla? It's didn't happen.

Ted Dibiase Jnr Vs Goldust was a good WWE Superstars match (they didn't get much time).

I can't think of anything else positive to say about it, it was a very dull and boring show apart from the first 30 minutes. That's over 2 hours of crap!! lol
