TMZ is reporting that Kevin Nash was recently cleared of battery charges stemming for an incident where while he and his wife were out having dinner, a man came up and hit on her.  When she rebuked said brain surgeon the guy got aggressive and Nash knocked him down and restrained him until police arrived.  At that point, police arrested him instead.  The case was then dropped due to lack of evidence.
