Update on the Martha Hart lawsuit against WWE.....

One of the main points of the suit, that is awaiting a Judge's decision, is whether WWE no longer has the right to advertise Owen Hart matches on DVDs featuring Owen Hart. Martha believes that although WWE does own the footage, they do not have the right to advertise or feature him on packaging without the consent of his estate. Martha is also claiming that under Canadian law, her privacy was invaded due to the usage of family photos in the WWE Hart and Soul documentary.
