CNN is reporting new details on a federal appeals court siding with Hustler magazine against Nancy Benoit's family in a lawsuit filed by the family over nude photos that the magazine published. Rey Mysterio was suspended for 60 days last week for violating the WWE Wellness Policy for a second time after he failed a drug test back on February 13th but wasn’t suspended until this month.
