Buff Bagwell suffered a broken neck in two places as well as a crushed nose, broken jaw (which is wired shut) and broken cheekbone. They plan to do neck surgery once the swelling goes down. They are keeping him sedated until the most serious injuries can be taken care of.

TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter says there will be a lot of changes to the presentation of iMPACT! Wrestling after meeting with Spike TV officials earlier this week. Though she would not reveal specific details, the transformation is taking place soon and will include "format changes and new elements." A federal judge has dismissed the lawsuit filed by Martha Hart in its entirety against the McMahons. Hart asserted that WWE and McMahon used the image of her late husband, Owen Hart, in videos and other materials without her permission and despite her objections. Judge Stefan Underhill ruled last week that WWE did retain a right to Owen's career, but denied WWE's motion to dismiss a claim related to personal family photos.

Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler took a shot at TNA’s Bruce Prichard during the broadcast of WrestleMania 28. With reference to John Laurinaitis’ white suit, Lawler said ”that suit is so ugly, it would give Brother Love a heart attack!”

Brother Love is a former stage name of Prichard, who worked for WWE for 22 years and suffered a pair of small heart attacks recently. Prichard currently works for TNA as their SVP of Talent Relations, a similar role to Laurinaitis’ in WWE.

The "Ugandan Giant" Kamala underwent foot amputation surgery on Thursday, his son announced Tuesday on Facebook. 

It will be the the legendary grappler's third amputation in recent months. He had his left foot amputated last November due to complications of high blood pressure and diabetes. The upper part of the leg was then removed in December.

Former WWE performer Maven Huffman was arrested in Florida on Monday on charges of doctor shopping (using multiple doctors) to obtain prescriptions to controlled substances. This practice is against state law.
 
Authorities allege that Huffman was using three Florida doctors to obtain prescriptions to Oxycodone and Hydrocone, drawing an estimated 1,000 pills. Huffman used multiple pharmacies to fill the orders.
