Ted Dibaise Jnr: "It's 4:55 am and I can't sleep. My back is killing me from having my leg propped up all day and night. This cast is really starting to get on my nerves because they have my foot angled in and down, to take pressure off the ligament that was torn. TNA's DVD partner Navarre Corporation has gotten out of the DVD distribution business. This is due to many major retailers not willing to stock DVDs unless they are guaranteed moving a certain number of titles per week. Due to Navarre getting out of the business, TNA has now lost their outlet to bring their DVDs to major retailers. Jim Neidhart was arrested yesterday at the Hilsborough County Court in Florida for contempt of court. Neidhart was in a hearing for previous theft and possession of a controlled substance charges that were brought against him in 2010. Neidhart was taken into custody and at this time, is still incarcerated. Neidhart doesn’t have any bond set yet or a release date. The Oklahoma State Athletic Commission has sent out letters to promoters that they will not accept applications for pro wrestling, MMA and boxing events to be held in the state past March 31, which more or less bans the events from legally taking place in the state.
