The Rock spoke with Chris Van Vliet about his match with John Cena at WrestleMania 28: On the match vs. his match with Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania 18: "That match was the biggest at that time. This match is bigger based off the dynamics, based off the promotion and based off two individuals and where they are in their careers." On creating the 'biggest match in wrestling history': "There's only one guy who I could do that with and who it made sense with, and that's John Cena...I think we have ... Continue reading...

When I asked 'WTF' that was supposed to mean, I was told emphatically that Jeremy has represented himself as an 'owner' of TNA. Jeremy is a low rent bit player who should be fortunate he has a job." "Miz Goes Up, Miz Goes Down: But Where Will He Land?" by Kevin Kelly How things change in a year…
Last year, the Road to WrestleMania featured significant build toward
the Miz’s match against John Cena. This year, Miz gets squashed in a
minute and it’s looking like his name will not be announced at the
biggest WWE event. Does that mean Miz sucks? Does that mean he
has worn out his welcome? Peeved the boss? Urinated on the company’s
Corn Flakes? Not necessarily. But, this is... Continue reading...

"Cena-Rock: The Perfect Storm" by Mark Madden:
WrestleMania 28 looms as the perfect storm. The WWE Network launch has
been delayed, making WM’s priorities self-contained as opposed to part
promo, part PPV. All three main-event matches feature participants who
know what they’re doing. Sad to say, but that’s the “dying breed” they
keep referencing: QUALITY PERFORMERS. The Rock vs. John Cena is
still the wild card. The level of disrespect they have for each other
is doubtless ... Continue reading...

have over sixty hours of footage that I either shot myself or with the
help of whatever friend or stranger I could find. It was not ideal - not
like I'd hoped or imagined - but then neither was my career.
What is was, however, was an intimate and heartfelt insight into the
industry I spent my life pursuing and the final step of my childhood
dream as I traveled the world on my journey. Part docum... Continue reading...

There is a fine line between real life and fiction… The wrestling business thrives when they can pull off a “worked” shoot since it usually creates a really good buzz. Recently, CM Punk’s WWE angle tops the list of the best I have seen in years! Followed by Matt Hardy’s angle years ago that really took a shoot and categorized it as a “worked” shoot. Point being working the fans, like REALLY working them, and REALLY working the boys is TOUGH to do. When you pull it off…it’... Continue reading...

An idiot’s guide to becoming a pro wrestler By Tommy Dreamer Posted 1 day ago I am asked similar questions by fans. The two most prevalent questions are: what was my favourite match? to which I don't have an answer because I have so many; and how do I become a professional wrestler? This question is easy for me to answer, but I propose some guidelines for the response. 1. Realistic goals: The first thing I usually say is to continue your education, just in case you do not make it. The chances o... Continue reading...
