Matt Hardy is still being held in the Moore County, North Carolina Detention Center under a $1,000,000 secured bond. Hardy has a new court date on November 28th for the misdemeanor violation of a court order. By all accounts, Hardy is expected to do at least some jail time beyond what he’s doing now. Unless Hardy can post bond, he will sit in jail until his court date on the 28th.

WWE developmental Diva Shaul Marie Guerrero (Raquel Diaz) won the Queen of FCW Championship from SmackDown’s Aksana at the FCW tapings this past Thursday night. The match will air on December 18th. Guerrero, the daughter of Eddie and Vickie Guerrero, won the match with the Three Amigos and a Gory Bomb.

Matt Hardy was arrested as soon as he got off a plane last night in Moore County, NC. He was booked at 1:30AM ET for violation of a court order. Hardy had a new mugshot photo taken when booked.

Matt Hardy was kicked out of rehab on Friday after he failed a breathalyzer test. A member of staff at the center where Hardy was at rehab got suspicious of his behavior and gave him an impromptu breathalyzer test that he failed.

Speaking to Antelope Valley Press, Christopher Daniels says his heel character in TNA Wrestling is based off his real-life personality and therefore easy for him to portray.

John Cena’s brother Danny, a police officer, is expected to go trial in early 2012 for a suit he has filed against The Neptune Club and drunk driver Robert Nolan in West Newbury, MA.

In 2007, Nolan crashed into Cena’s police cruiser causing a broken left tibia and broken fibula bones. Cena filed a $500,000 civil case that includes $109,000 for loss wages and $42,000 in medical expenses.
