Hardy is still being held in the Moore County, North Carolina Detention
Center under a $1,000,000 secured bond. Hardy has a new court date on
November 28th for the misdemeanor violation of a court order. By all
accounts, Hardy is expected to do at least some jail time beyond what
he’s doing now. Unless Hardy can post bond, he will sit in jail until

Hardy was arrested as soon as he got off a plane last night in Moore
County, NC. He was booked at 1:30AM ET for violation of a court order.
Hardy had a new mugshot photo taken when booked. Matt Hardy was
kicked out of rehab on Friday after he failed a breathalyzer test. A
member of staff at the center where Hardy was at rehab got suspicious of
his behavior and gave him an impromptu breathalyzer test that he
