The personal injury lawsuit filed against TNA last year by Paul Martin was dismissed with prejudice on October 26th by The U.S. District Court Northern District of Mississippi. Martin was a crew member who was injured when scaffolding collapsed following the takedown of a set in Southhaven, MS following TNA's Slammiversary 2008 PPV.Martin lost his thumb when a scaffolding he was on collapsed following a gust of wind entering the venue during the dismantling. An attorney for Kurt Angle pleaded 'No Contest' today on Kurt's behalf in Warren County, Virginia on a charge of reckless driving. This is for the charge against Angle for driving erratically on September 3rd after an appearance at Shenandoah County Fair. Angle was originally charged with a DUI based on a field test that recorded a 0.091 blood alcohol level, but that charge was dropped to reckless driving after a later test blew a 0.06.Angle was fined $1,500. Travis Tomko was released from jail late last month and is headed to rehab, paid for by WWE. Tomko and his wife Michelle lost their home due to foreclosure and due to family financial problems, he was forced to sit in jail since they couldn’t raise the bond money. Former WWF performer Jacques Rougeau was diagnosed with prostate cancer last Tuesday, reports Québec Hebdo.
Rougeau, who is 51 years old, was diagnosed with the disease after
undergoing tests but is undergoing further testing to reaffirm the
diagnosis. Québec Hebdo reports his prostate was "the size of a
grapefruit" and that his family has history with the disease. Rougeau,
