Rock band Nada Surf violated WWE copyright on their new album with a song called “Somebody Take the Damn Money.” The song was based on the 1983 feud in the Carolinas where Harley Race put up a $25,000 bounty for anyone who could take out Ric Flair. The song included clips from Race’s famous promo. They’re currently re-working the song to get through copyright issues. Former Mexican pro wrestler
El Voltaje (Jose Alberto Loera) was arrested Tuesday after being accused of
arson at a casino that killed 52 people.
According to the Associated Press, Loera was captured Tuesday in northern Mexico
and transported to Mexico City. The incident occurred on August 25 when a group
of arsonists allegedly from the Zetas drug cartel entered Casino Royale in Monterrey and set the building on
fire in what was believed to be a case of extortion.
