Jeff Hardy checked into a North Carolina jail to serve his 10-day sentence yesterday. Hardy, 6-foot 1-inch and 215-pounds at the time he checked in, was reportedly wanting to get his jail time over with as soon as possible and that is why he turned himself in on Monday morning to begin the sentence.

Independent wrestler Devon Nicholson has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against WWE, claiming that they wrongfully cut him from his developmental deal. Nicholson is the same wrestler that's been in the news this year after claiming that WWE Hall of Famer Abdullah the Butcher gave him Hepatitis C.

Nicholson filed the lawsuit back on August 26th in Canada, and it was served to WWE on September 26th. He is seeking damages from WWE for Wrongful dismissal and/or breach of contract at $600,00...

Edge and Mick Foley will be appearing at the Comedy Zone in Charlotte, North Carolina on October 5th for a benefit to help Gregory Helms with his medical bills from his motorcycle accident a few months back.

Foley will be doing stand-up. Ric Flair will also be appearing, schedule permitting. Helms noted on Twitter that Flair was having surgery that day but is going to try and be there. Several other stars including Reby Sky, TNA’s Gunner, former WCW star Lodi and others will also be there.

Matt Hardy was essentially forced to enter a rehabilitation program following his most recent arrest. Magistrate Charlie Smoak agreed to release the former WWE Superstar on a "promise to appear" in court that was tied to his undergoing treatment for substance abuse.

The trial of Melody Sanford in the first degree murder of Canadian independent wrestler Ivan (John) Radocaj, who performed as "The Croatian Giant. Sanford is also charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
