Tully Blanchard recently spoke with Between the Ropes about his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame. Check out the highlights and video below:
On getting ready for the ceremony: "Well, I don't know how you get ready for that. I've been thinking about what I should say and how I should say it and I'm not really coming up with a lot of juice right now... It will certainly be a once in a lifetime event. To be able to stand up there with Arn (Anderson), who I think is one of the greatest performers the business has ever had, and I think that he and I were probably as good of a tag team, or should I be bold enough to say that we're the best tag team ever?"
On teaming with Anderson: "I don't think anybody could ever perform like Arn and I did. We could perform with the Road Warriors and the Rock-n-Roll Express and everybody in between and draw money with everybody and have matches with everybody whether it was TV or otherwise. I think that's what kind of sealed the deal on being the greatest tag team of all time. Then again, I'm prejudiced on that situation. With Barry (Windham) and Ric (Flair), of our era, the four of us were as good a performers as anybody in the business."
